Private Qigong or Yoga session
I’m loving it! Each night I do the PM Qigong and then head off to bed. What a difference it’s made in both the quantity and quality of my sleep. Your voice is soothing ~~ in case no one’s told you that lately. Sometimes I don’t even do the relaxation portion, just relax when I’m in bed, then off to sleep. Thank you! -- Pam R.
